TV Land's First Love, Second Chance wants to help you reconnect with that special someone you have never stopped thinking about.
From the producers: If you're single, between 35 and 50 years old and looking to reunite with a past love whom you have not seen for an extended period of time, we want to hear from you!
HOW TO APPLY:
Send a brief synopsis of your story to firstlovecastingtwo@me.com.
Be as detailed as possible, but limit your story to one paragraph. You must include:
1) When the relationship began and when it ended
2) Why you broke up
3) When the last time was that you were in contact with the person. Please include any and all contact information you have for them in order to aid us in the location process.
4) A current photo of yourself, preferably high-resolution (.jpg or .gif file)
5) All your contact information
- Name, age and hometown
- Your current location
- E-mail address
- Home and cell phone numbers
6) Any photos you have of the two of you as a couple
